RESOLVED, upon the report and recommendation
of the Commissioner of Public Works and the Street and
Highway Engineering Coordinator, that the proper City
officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute,
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, an Agreement with the
State of Minnesota Department of Highways, said Agreement
bearing No. 53378 and contemplating reimbursement to the
City of Saint Paul for the cost of relocating police and
fire alarm facilities adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 94
from Aldine Street to Farrington Street, said relocation,
reimbursement and other obligations to be as set forth in
the attached Agreement which is made a part hereof by
reference.

RESOLVED, upon the report and recommendation
of the Commissioner of Public Works and the Street and
