Schroeder, outlining the damage to the Como Park greenhouse- conservatory area. In order to rrevent any further damage to the buildings, or the plants, it is necessary that this be repaired as soon as possible. I am requesting that you prepare immediately a resolution so I may submit it to the Council at the first full session, this resolution to authorize an emergency appropriation and expenditure of not to exceed $75,000•for the purpose of re- habilitating the buildings damaged by the hail storm of June 23,. 1962.
