The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Counci13 known as Council File No. 204479
approved Oct. 24th,19 61 relative to reconstruct the sidewalk
on the north side of Fifth St. from Seventh St. to Auditorium St.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
