RESOLVED: That Restaurant, On and Off Sale 'Malt Beverage and QLgarette Licenses No. 1722,
all expiring September 19, 1962, issued to Bernice I. Lauer at 775 West Seventh
Street, be and the sane are hereby revoked upon recommendation of the Bureau of
Police because of the arrest of Evelyn Rose Anderson, an employe, on the charge
of sale of 3.2 beer to a minor, being sent to court thereon, found guilty,,thereto
and sentenced to $ 75.00 fine or seven (7) days, paying said fine;
