Barlow, 1211 Summit Avenue,. St. Paul, Minnesota, the sum of
$30, 00, which is one -half the purchase price of season golf ticket

purchased by her. This partial rebate is being made due to the
fact that Mrs. Barlow developed a bursitis condition which made it
impossible for her to play golf during most of the 1962 season.
