RESOLVED, that, upon the recommendation of Historic Sites
Committee, the,contract between the City of Saint Paul and Eugene
Becker, running for a period of twelve months from October 1, 1961,
be amended., with the written consent of said Eugene Becker, as follows:
Paragraph II thereof;, wherein it reads "twelve months from
and after October 1, 1961," shall be changed to read "twenty months
from and -after October 1, 1961."
Paragraph- thereof, wherein it reads "on September 30, 1962"
shall be changed to'read "on April 30, 19639" and be it
�,..� FURTHER. RESOLVED, that said contract shall be amended as above
indicated, upon receipt of written acceptance of the aforesaid modifications
by Eugene Becker, all other terms and provisions of the contract to rerldn
the same as in the original document, and .a copy of this resolution shall
be attached thereto, together with the written acceptance of Mr. Becke .

Further Resolved, That said contract
shall be amended as above indicated,

in the original document, and a copy
of this resolution shall be attached

Receipt of Council Resolution 209068 adopted by the Council of the'
City of Saint Paul, Minnesota on September 13, 1962 amending certain
provisions of the contract between the City of Saint Paul'and the
undersigned, Eugene Becker, for professional services to the Historic
Sites Committee of the City Planning Board is hereby acknowledged.
I have noted the changes as follows:
1. Paragraph II thereof, wherein it reads "twelve months from
and after October 1, 1961," shall be changed to read
"twenty months from and after October 1, 1961."
2. Paragraph XIX thereof, wherein it reads "on September 30,
196211-shall be changed to read "on April 30, 1963."
3. All other terms and provisions of the contract to remain
the same as in the original document and the amendment to
the contract executed on March 14, 1962.
Having read the above changes, I hereby accept the chanjzes as noted.
