RFSOLM, upon and pursuant to the appeal of Dorotby D. Hosking, owner
of time subject real estate, pending before this Council and taken under the Zoning
Code,Clfapters 60 to 64, inclusive, Saint Paul Legislative Code, therefor, that
the provisions of said Zoning Code, in harmony with the general intent and'purpose
of the same, should be and the same hereby .ire accordingly determined rand varied
ao as to permit the installation, maintenance and use of a two - family residence
building on the following described real estate located in an '"A" Residence
District, under said Zoning Code, situate in the City of Saint Paul, County of
Ramsey, State of Minnesota.: Lot 3, Block 42, North St. Anthony Park, according
to the official plat of the same on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota., located on the southeast
side of Commonwealth Avenue between Hillside and Gordon Avenues, and that a.
permit for the use of said premises for said purposes hereby is granted, as
sought by said appeal, it appearing that said real-estate approx.matesj6,950
square feet in area by comparison with the general requirements of said
Zoning Code for:an area of 7,500 square feet, for comparable use k,said
District, and that such general requirement should be and hereby is relamed
,and hereby determined and varied, a.s aforesaid, to provide against unnecessary
Nand undue hardship, such action being consistent with the general objectives
of said Zonine Code.
