therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of the Matilda- Nebraska
Sewer System to JAMS D. WOLFF COMPANY in accordance with City plansiand
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8948 of laid James DQ.
Wolff Company for the contract price of $29,726.57 (and unit prices bid for increase
or decrease in Timber Piling driven) plus $2,378.13 Engineering and plus $594.53
inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said James D. Wolff Company
being a reasonable and reliable'bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
