Under date of August 13, 1962, a printed copy of Council
File No. 208518 was mailed to Sherman Court Professional
Building, Inc. c/o Dr. Arthur Schmidt, 1108 Lowry Building,
St. Paul, which resolution directed the wrecking and remov-
al-of the two story frame duplex on property described as
Except Southwesterly 3 feet of Northwesterly 162 feet, Lot
2, Block 50., Dayton & Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul also
known as 308 North Smith Avenue,- as published in the off -
cial paper.
No appeal,ihas been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, I
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any ands
all things therein necessary for the protection of life, i
limb, and adjoining property.
