and directing the Comsr. of Parks & Recreation & Public Buildings to enter upon
the premises and wreck and remove the condemned two frame structures at 44 E.
Winnipeg St., as more fully described in the attached letter of the City Archi-
tect.

Gentlemen:
Under date of August 13, 1962, a printed copy of Council
File No. 208465 was mailed to Barbara Pucztai and Elizabeth
Pucztai Pillar., c/o 44 East Winnipeg Street, Saint Paul 7
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of they
two frame structures at 44 East Winnipeg Street on Lot 3,I
Block 5., Levis Addition, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation,proceedings and the structures have not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea�
tion And Public Buildings to- enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structures thereon, and to do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property.
