Gentlemen:
Under date of August 13, 1962,, a printed copy of Council
File No. 208521, was mailed to Sherman Court Professional
Building, Inc.., 1108 Lowry Medical Arts Building, in care,
of Dr. Arthur .Schmidt, which.resolution directed the wreck-
ing and removal of the duplex dwelling on Southeasterly150
feet Lot 1,, Block 50, Dayton & Irvine's Addition to Saint
Paul, also known as 353 Sherman Street, as published in'the
official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the'condemnation proceedings and the structure has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb,
and adjoining property..
