surrendered License No. 7321 for Optician and Foodstuff- 4endim Machine
Location Licenses which was made in error by them inasmuch as they no
longer conduct a retail business but exclusively a wholesale business at
that location, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby aythorized to refund
to the Walman Optical Company, Inc. th$ fee of $ 36.00 and to cancel said
license.
