In re: • Parkway Liquor, Inc. , - License at 1675 Rice St. , PauT, Minn.
Gentlemen:
This is to advise you that an' earnest money contract has been made
betweeh the shareholders, ,Joseph Mast and Sheldon BaUck,. of"
Parkway Liquors, whereby -they are selling their stock to Roger v.
Newlander, who will bec6=e the- sole owner of all of the stoc,krof said
:corporation, and he-alsa will be the sole operator of said business at
the above address.
Under the contract with Mr. Newlander,,- his stock will be pledged to
Joseph Mast and Sheldon Balick to secure the payment of the balance
due them. Notwithstanding -this pledge, Mr., Mast and Mr. Balick will k�-
no longer be connected with'the operation' of the corporation.
Upon transfer of the stock to -Mr. Newlander, there will be new officers
and Board elected for the 'corporation, which will be as folloyvs:
