Southeasterly 100 feet of Lot 1, Block 50, Dayton & Irvine's

Addition to Saint Paul, according to the recorded plat
thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also known as 357 Sherman Street, and
wreck and remove the two story frame duplex dwelling
thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary -
for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

authorizing and directing the Comsr. of parks & Recreation & Public
Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the condemne
two -story frame duplex dwelling at 357 Sherman St., as more fully set
in the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
Under date of August 13, 1962 .a printed copy of Council File
No. 208520 ,was mailed to Sherman Court Professional Building,
Inc., c/o Dr. Arthur Schmidt, 1108 Lowry Medical Arts 'wild-
ing., St. Paul 2, which resolution directed the wrecking and
removal of the two story frame duplex dwelling on the North-
westerly 50 feet of Southeasterly 100 feet of Lot 1, Block
50, Dayton & Irvine's Addition of Saint Paul, also kno}nrn as
357 Sherman street, as published in the official paper)
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, I which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, ani ad-
joining property.
