RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for Blueprinting and similar work for Various Departments of
the City of St. Paul (and County of Ramsey) for period of one year beginning September 7,
1962, to H. A. ROGERS COMPANY in accordance with specifications and the irmal Bid #8932
of said H.A.Rogers Company for the contract price of approximately $1L,727.14 (discount of
2576 on all contract items excluding photostats), of which the City of Ste Raul portion
is approximately $10,540.00 and the County of Ramsey portion is approximately $1187.143,
such bid being the lowest and said H.A.Rogers Company being a reasonable nd reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized tolexecute said
contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul and County of Ramsey„
