serviced necessary for the installation of all necessary gas piping and accessories

to feel two existing unit gas heaters in the Hazel Park Pumping station and one

existing unit gas heater in the Utility Building behind the Pumping Station to
NORTHWESTERN HEATING, INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Informal Bid #4214 of said Northwestern Heating, Inc. for
the contract price of $779.00, such bid being the lowest and said Northwestern
Heating, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Colrporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and
