therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the

installation of additional radiation in the City- County Workhouse, 297 South

Century Avenue, Saint Paul 6, Minnesota to A. V. WINTERER & SON, INC. in!
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #8903 of said A. V. Winterer & Son, Inc. for the contract price of
$2,753.00, such bid being the lower and said A. V. Winterer & Son, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is

directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper!'City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
