Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -2863 was awarded to the Albert J. Lauer Com-
pany for furnishing glazing materials for Como Park ,Conserva-
tory, ,Saint Paul, Minnesota. <L I

During the course of the work, it was found desirable to
furnish a gutter with hinge and brackets to .connect to
steel at the south eave of House No. 5., and to furnish a fix-
ed eave at the west side of House No. 7. The net extra for
this work over the work which was contracted for - amounts to
$139.00. This is a reasonable amount for the work and materi-
al involved.

It is recommended that a resolution be submitted�to the Coun-
cil authorizing this extra.
