RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwellings,
shed, garages, sidewalks, steps, retaining wall, septic tank, miscellaneous
concrete and debris and filling of cesspool located at 730 Otto Avenue described
as Lots 1, 2, & E� of Lot 3, Blk. 2, Riverside Addition #2 and 820 Butternut
Avenue described as Lots 7 & 8, Blk. 2, Riverside Addition #2, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to ALL STATE IMPROVING COMPANY in accordance with City specifications

therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #4211 of said All State Improving
Company, City to pay Contractor $834.00, such bid being the lower and said All
State Improving Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
