WHEREAS, the Village of Maplewood, the City of
Saint Paul, and the County of Ramsey have met on several
occasions to consider the drainage problem presently existing
at the intersection of Larpenteur and White Bear Avenues; and
WHEREAS, it appears that a joint program would solve
the existing storm sewer problem at said location and that
the total cost of said project is estimated to be $205,000.00;
now, therefore, be it ;t

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that a member of said body be appointed to act as a member of
a committee to be comprised of a member of the governing body
of the Village of Maplewood, the City of Saint Paul,jand the
County of Ramsey, to determine the proportionate share to be
borne by each of the three governmental agencies.
