WHEREAS, by authority of the Laws of Minnesota for,the year
1959, Chapter 330, H.F. 217 and ratified by C.F.': ?1922160

hereby authorized to pay from the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, CODE 3001, the amount of $617.31, a portion
of the assessable costs of Sidewalk constru— onjunder the
1960 Sidewalk Contract L -6187, Levy No. 9, saidPermanent
Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the Local
Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1962).
