WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has expanded under Ordinance
No. 117099 approved April 12, 1960, original Ordinance No.
107259 approved January 20, 19561, concerning the sewer system
of the Village of Roseville; to include certain specified
areas of the Village of St. Anthony as being permitted to be
connected to the public sewer system of the Village of
Roseville, which connects to that of the City of St. Paul,
and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Project No. 1962 -2, prepared by the consulting
engineers for the Village of St. Anthony and approved by the
Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony on September
11, 1962, and approved by the Village Council of the Village
of Roseville on September 24, 1962, and
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for Village of St.
Anthony Improvement Project No. 1962 -2 have been heretofore
submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer as being in all things satisfactory,
be it further
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the
Village of St. Anthony Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
No. 1962 -2 be approved.
