collect a disputed bill, being Registered Bill 3 -3702
in the amount of $82.91; and
WHEREAS, the liability is in dispute and
questionable;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Saint Paul that the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized and directed to compromise said Registered
Bill in the amount of $41.00.
