$1215.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of November 20, 1959,
while in the employ of the Department of Public Safety, whereby he
suffered 10 per cent permanent partial disability to his right arm.
