RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the
wrecking of Service Station, Ice House and removal of three underground
tanks and miscellaneous concrete and debris located at 1234 Grand Avenue,
described as Lots 1 and 22 Block 4, Stinsons Boulevard Addition to Saint
Paul, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to ALL STATE IMPROVING COMPANY in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid
#4416 of said All State Improving Company, City to pay Contractor $287.00,
such bid being the lowest and said All State Improving Company being a
reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper of contract therefor; and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
