WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File No. 209338, as
amended by Council File No. 209397, the City of Saint Paul
granted the petition of Riverview Memorial Hospital to vacate
certain portions of Mt. Hope Street, subject to an effective
deed of conveyance for public easement, providing public traveling
purposes across and upon said vacated portion of Mt. Hope Street,
which said deed of conveyance has been submitted to the Council
of the City of Saint Paul in a form approved by the Corporation
Counsel and the Department of Public Works; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby accept that certain deed of conveyance dated October 17,
1962, and does further take notice of the filing of a surety bond,
in the sum of $1,000.00, as required by Ordinance No. 339+, as amended.
