as collateral security for deposits of public funds of
the City of Saint Paul with The First National Bank of
Saint Paul, hereby is authorized and approved, such to
be done in conformance with the applicable statutes of
the State of Minnesota, and subject to the following
conditions: That such substituted securities, at the
time of such substitution, shall have a market value,
sufficient, together with the market value of the
ginal collateral securities for said purpose, for which
mah substitution is made, equal to $110 for every $100
of deposits of public funds ofsaid City with said bank
and that the holder or custodian of such collateral se
curities, on the day of such substitution, shall forward
by registered or certified mail to the Comptroller of
said City of Saint Paul and said depository bank a
receipt specifically describing and identifying both the
- collateral security so substituted and those released
and returned to said - depository bank.
