COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Department of Libraries, Auditorium,
Museums and Stadia has heretofore purchased a two -way radio
communication system for use in connection with the motor
vehicles of the libraries; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary in order for such system
to be made operative,for the City to obtain approval of the
Federal Communications Commission for authority to place in
operation such two -way radio system;•now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Libraries,
Auditorium, Museums and Stadia is hereby authorized and directed
by the Council of the City of Saint Paul to execute, on behalf
of said City, an application to be filed with the Federal Communications
Commission, seeking authorization of said Commission to operate said
two -way radio system.,
