Gentlemen:
Under date of October 1, 1962, a printed copy of Council
File No. 209282 was mailed to Joseph F. and Marie F. Bruski
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
two story single family dwelling on the West 1/2 of Lot 6,
Block 1, Ashton And Sherburne's Addition to St. Paul, also
known as 168 East Minnehaha Avenue, as published in the
official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and'the structure has not
been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will auth-
orize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings to enterLpon the property and wreck and remove the
structure thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.
