1 WHEREAS, on September 5, 2007, the Ciry Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File
2#07-822, said Resolution being the Ratificarion of Assessment for property clean-up (graffiti removal) on
3 private properiy from June 7 to July 10, 2007 (File No. J0710A, Assessment No. 8360); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 1643 Berkeley Avenue, being described as:

Macalestex Villas Lot 5 Blk 2;
9 with the property identification number 09-28-23-11-0030 was assessed an amount of $181.84 for graffiti
10 removal; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner provided a
13 signed graffiti removal waiver.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, and
16
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $181.84, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
18 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #07-822 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
