An ordinance amending Chapter 147 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to parking meter zones and regulations. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health and safety..
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN
Section 1.
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following: .
LOCATION
Eighth St. approx. 100 ft. west of Jackson St.
Eighth St. approx. 120 ft. west of Jackson St.
Section 2.
SIDE OF
STREET-
South
South
That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:

LOCATION STREET.
Eighth St. approx. 80 ft. west of Jackson St. South
Eighth St. approx. 30 ft. west of Jackson St. South
Ninth St. approx. 110 ft. east of Main St. South
Section 3.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
Section 5.
This ordinance is to be in force upon erection of proper signing
and traffic control measures.
