be granted the use of the Theatre and Stem Hall in the Municipal
Auditorium for three days.. December 10, 11, and 12, 19623 and the
use of the .Arena on Tuesday, December 11, 1962, upon payment by
said Association of the sum of $1000.00, the balance of the cost
of opening and operating to be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021.
