WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, by and through
its Department of Public Works, desires to lease the following
premises, to -wit:
Lots one (1), two (2), three (3) and four (4),
Block twenty -seven (27), Kittsons Addition to
St. Paul, located at Eighth Street between
Pine and Olive Streets;
for use by the Department of Public Works as a storage yard; and
WHEREAS, Capitol Supply Company, Inc., the owner of
said real estate, is agreeable to the leasing of said property to
said City for the purposes set forth above from November 1, 1962,
to and including October 31, 1963, at an agreed rental of $60.00
per month; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a lease agreement between
said Capitol Supply Company, Inc.•and said City, and that dis-
bursements from appropriate funds be made by appropriate City
officials in accordance with this resolution and said lease.
