WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul desires to construct
a storm water sewer on and over the following described real
estate:
Part of Ashton and Sherburne's Addition to
Saint Paul., in the NWh of Section 31, Township
29 North, Range 22 West
which said real estate is owned by the Great Northern
Railway Company, and constitutes part of its right -of -way; now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works is
hereby authorized to sign the necessary applications to said
Great Northern Railway Company to effect the construction of
the aforesaid storm water sewer.
