Tots 4, 5, 62 8, and 9, in said Block 24, were acquired under the tax- forfeited land laws, and the City's interest in the property is limited to playground use for which it was acquired without any right of conveyance to a third party. I, therefore, recommend that these lots be re- conveyed to the State of Minnesota, in trust, and that the reconveyance be submitted to the Commissioner of Taxa- tion for his approval, as required by the statutes.
