In the matter of constructing the CHEROKEE PARK SEWER REVISIONS
such sewer construction within the City of Saint Paul authorized in
Section 2, of C. F. 207524, Ordinance No. 12222, approved June 27,
1962, said sewer construction to be financed out of'P.I.R. Fund,
the Village of Mendota Heights to reimburse the City for the total
cost of said sewer revisions to the St. Paul sewer system as a
provision of Ordinance No. 12222, which permits a portion of the
Village of Mendota Heights to connect their sanitary sewer system
with that of the City of St. Paul.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
