The court appointed an adminishator who performed the necessary repairs on this property. The admiaistrator then invoiced the City for the cost. Advantages If Approved: The City will be able ro recover the cost of repairing this condemned property and making if safe and habifable. The City also can replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Program. Disadvantages IfApproved: None DisadvanWges If NotApproved: The City will be unable to recover its costs of rehabilitation the property through the administor.
