COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering tothe
Department of Public Utilities, Bureau of Lighting, Street Lighting Warehouse,
100 East 10th Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, 600 Line Material Optical Assemblies,
to LAX ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC. in accordance with City specifications and the
Formal Bid #8970 of said Lax Electric Company, Inc. at a contract price of
$6,420.00, such bid being the lowest and said Lax Electric Company, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of St. Paul.
