WHEREAS, pursuant to C.F. 207222 approved May 15, 1962
the City of St. Paul entered into an agreement with the
Soil Exploration Company for an engineering investigation
of the soil conditions at the site of the Arch- Pennsyl-
vania-Minnehaha Project, and
WHEREAS, said soil investigation has been completed and a
bill for services rendered by the Soil Exploration Company
has been submitted to the Department of Public Works, now
therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the cost of this investigation in the amount
of $4 355.75 be charged to the Permanent Improvement Re-
volving FUHH., Code 3001 and this same fund reimbursed
from Bond Fund 200 St -32.
