PAUL Resolution Ratifying Assessment In the matter of the assessment of benefits., costs and expenses for constructing storm water relief sewers in Fairview Avenue from Hubbard Street to the north side of the Northern Route; in the north side of the Northern Route from Fairview Avenue to a point that is approximately 565 feet west of the caster line of Fairview Avenue and Approximately 25 feet south of thgnorth property line of the Northern Route; thence north 450 00' west a distance of approximately 275 feet along a line crossing the right -of -way of the Great Northern Railroad; in the poution of Hewitt Avenue that is south of Clayland Park from Fairview Ave. to 125 feet west of Fairview Avenue; all of which is to be known as the NORTH FAIRVIEW RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM. under Preliminary Order ....... 9-97 ........
