In the Matter of improving CEDAR STREET from Sixth Street to Seventh Street by gradiiig,
paving, curbing and widening the roadbed; by reconstructing the street, alley and driveway
returns; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing,sidewalks and traffic control systems
where necessary; by constructing storm water drainage facilities; by constructing sewer,
water and gas service connections where necessary; and by doing all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
under Preliminary Order 207982 Approved July 6, 1962
The Council of • the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to improve CEDAR STREET
_ -frCm Sixth Street to Seventh Street by grading, paving, -@lAbWaig- and widening the roadbed;
by reconstructing the street, alley and driveway returns; by reconstructing existing paving,
curbing sidewalks and traffic control systems where necessary; by constructing storm water

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the bib day of
November, 1962 , at the hour of 10 odclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
f said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
