of Saint Paul that it hereby authorizes and directs
the proper City officers to execute a Professional
Service Agreement with the Soil Exploration Company,
a Minnesota corporation, in regard to soil tests for
the construction of the Lexington Parkway Bridge over
the Short Line Road and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul
and Pacific Railroad Company Tracks.
