RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and {{
services necessary for Surfacing an access road for the Department of Public I�
Works, in the property owned by Joseph Lenertz, Sr., located .3 of a mile north
of Highway 100, on Oakdale Road also known as German Road in the Inver Grove
Township, using approximately 180 tons of Asphaltic Concrete wearing course more
or less, thickness of 2" type F -2 to ARMOR -COAT FINISHING COMPANY, INC. in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Informal Bid #4284 of said Armor -Coat Finishing Company, Inc. for the contract
price of approximately $1,620.00 (at unit price bid) such bid being the lower and
said Armor -Coat Finishing Company, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder,

and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
