WHEREAS, by authority of the Laws of Minne`st�fa for the
year 1959; Chapter 330, H.F. 217 and ratified by C.F.
192216, approved May 2, 1959, the City of St. Paul may
pay a portion of the assessable costs of Sidewalk Con-
struction, when such costs exceed the benefits to the
property owner, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following des-
cribed parcels of property be relieved of the following
amounts:
LOT 1 Block 1 Godes and Licha Addition
LOTS 1 -30 Blk. 4 Bunde Park Addition
THE south 59 feet of Lots 29 and 30,

WHEREAS, the total amount of assessable costs the City may

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he
is hereby authorized'to pay from the Permanent Improve-
ment Revolving Fund, CODE 3001, the amount of $11,043-79,
a portion of the assessable costs of Sidewalk construc-
tion under the 1960 Sidewalk Contract L -6189, Levy No. 5,
said Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed
from Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1962).
