RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing from time to time as required, the services of
Electricians for the St, Paul Municipal Auditorium for period of one year from and after
date of City Comptroller's countersignature on contract to TIESO ELECTRIC COMPANY in
accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #8791 of said Tieso Electric
Company at the following hourly rates:
Straight Time - $5.50
Time and one -half - $7.85
Double Time - $10,40
such bid being the lowest and said Tieso Electric Company being a reasonable and
f reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper formof contract therefor and the propercity officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
