RESOLVED: That Application G -8650 fogy` Restaurant License, applied for by IIrs. Arlene
Tauer at 1321 -31 Arcade Street, be and the same is hereby granted, subject
to the compliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation
of parking lots, and subject to the further conditions,a s.follows:
.,1. , That the driveways on Ivy'Avenue -be closed and discontinued.
2. That there shall be no access to the alley on the West or Ivy Avenue.
3. That a buffer area be provided on the West and North of the premises,
to be planted with poplar trees, and that a bumper fence be installed
at the alley.
:49 That off -duty police officers be provided during the peak hours.
5. That there shall be daily pick -up of litter on said premises, as well
i; as litter that may-accumulate therefrom on nearby property, and that
incineration methods shall be improved*
6. That lighting of the premises be so controlled as not to throbs light
beyond applicant's premises.
7. That sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice
and snow at all times.
