RESOLVED: That Restaurant, On and Off Sale Malt Beverage Licenses No. 2991, all expiring
November 22, 1962, issued to Leonard J. Humann at 266 University Avenue, be and
the same are hereby revoked upon the recommendation of the Bureau of Police
because of the arrest of Henry Ordeman, an employe, on the charge of permitting
a minor to consume beer at this place of business, being sent to court thereon,
pleading guilty thereto and sentenced to $25.00 fine or five days, paying said
fine.
