WHEREAS, Plans for the construction of Lower Afton Road
(S.P. 62- 639-01) from T.H. 61 to T.H. 100 showing proposed
alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections, together with
specifications and special provisions, for the construction of
County -State Aid - Highway No. 39 within the limits of the City
of Saint Paul as a Federal Aid Urban Project, have been pre-
pared and presented to the City of Saint Paul.
NOW, THEREFORE, It is Resolved, that said plans, specifi-
cations and special provisions be in all things approved.
