In the matter of partially opening, widening and extending the proposed
Short Line Road from St. Clair Ave. southerly by condemning and taking the
following lots and parcels of land:
All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and that part of Lot 6 lying northeasterly of
the following described line; beginning at a point on the north line of said
Lot 6 being 70 ft. west of the N.E. corner thereof; thence southeasterly on a
straight line to a point on the east line of said Lot 6 being 30 ft. south of
the N.E. corner thereof, all in Block 11 Dunlap Place Addition to the City of
St. Paul,,Ramsey County, Minnesota.
Also all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and that part of Lot 6 lying northeasterly
of the following described line; beginning at a point on the N.W. corner of
said Lot 6; thence southeasterly on a straight line to a point on the south
line of said Lot 6, said point being a distance of 100 ft., measured at right
angles from the southwesterly line of the C.M.St.P. & P. Ry. Co., all in Block
2, Dunlap Place Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota
