In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
East and West alley from Chatsworth St. to the vacated North and South
alley and the North and South alley from Thomas Ave. to the East and West
alley in D. W. Moore's Addition, also installing a storm sewer in the
East and West alley from 140 ft. West of Chatsworth St. to the existing J
sewer in Chatsworth St., under Preliminary Order 204650, approved Novem-
ber 3, 1961, and Final Order 206004, approved February 20, 1962.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated
cost of $4,727.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above named improvement includ-
ing engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $473.00 or a total of
$5,200.00 be assessed against the benefited property.
